We started Zenobia’s Garden because we couldn’t find the medicinal herbs we needed — so we began growing our own. As it turns out, we weren’t alone. Over the years, we’ve met so many people searching for plants they could grow and use with confidence, and our work has grown alongside that shared desire.
One thing we love about herbal medicine is that it doesn’t separate healing from living. Herbs can support our bodies in powerful ways — but the best herbalists also encourage rest, boundaries, nourishment, and joy. We don’t just ask what herb helps with stress — we also ask, why is there so much stress to begin with? Where are we saying yes, when we should be saying no?
We believe all of nature is sacred — and that includes us. The plants remind us how to live in rhythm, to nourish ourselves with intention, and to keep growing. With the right care, we can stay well for a long, long time.
