Refund policy

We guarantee delivery of healthy plants. If your plants are damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with pictures to be eligible for refund or re shipment of damaged plants.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Live plants and seeds are returnable within 7 days.
