UPS Upgrade

This listing is to purchase an upgrade to UPS shipping. The charge would be added to your bill and is for UPS Ground which is the standard shipping which almost always arrives within 3 days and in many cases 2 days if you are close to Missouri. The Post Office, on the other hand, is typically 4 to 5 days which makes a difference with live plants. Unfortunately, we can't use this UPS option if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, certain rural areas where UPS charges a surcharge, or a territory of the United States. We want you to be happy with your purchase of plants. My wife and I do our best to pack plants to prevent damage if mishandling in transit happens. If your order arrives damaged for whatever reason, please contact us and we will correct this with either a replacement at no cost or a refund. 95% of orders arrive with no problems but we want to make sure if you are in the other 5%, you get what you paid for.
