This plant will ship in a 3.5 inch pot. Althaea officinalis, Marshmallow, is a tall plant with fuzzy leaves and flowers that bloom white. It is easy to care for and can handle any soil. Marshmallow is in the mucilage containing Malvaceae family. It is perennial and grows to a height of 4-5 feet (sometimes taller) with soft, velvety, leaves. The leaves are a nice addition to a salad or fried. Perennial zones 3 - 9. Due to the nature of shipping live plants, all orders of live plants are shipped Priority or UPS to provide quick and safe delivery. We ship all plants on Mondays and Tuesdays.
