This plant will ship in a 3.5 inch pot. Chicory (Cichorium intybus) blooms with light blue flowers. It belongs to the Asteraceae family. Chicory is a larger relative of the dandelion. It has been used as a coffee substitute so if you are in a pinch, you could use it. Lol. Chicory's leaves can also be used in salads. Chicory likes full sun and requires very little attention.
